I’m on vacation this week but just listened to your linked podcast. It was interesting! There are definitely tines when the legal system is patently unfair. Sometimes people with resources will continue to take advantage of those without resources. Thankfully, that’s been the exception and not the rule in my experience.
Thanks for the link. It is so disappointing that this continues to be a problem for lawyers and law firms. Lawyers who would never sign and file a legal document created by a new, untested legal assistant, are willing to take relatively new computer technology's ansswers at face value. Even more painful? These cases could be easily verified.
